    Inside Sales Specialist, Sr in Aston , Pennsylvania

    As a Sr. Inside Sales Specialist your responsibilities include preparation of quotations for submittal to customers; tracking of Request for Quotes (RFQs); job order entry of booked orders; managing booked orders from booking to delivery and receipt of payment; respond to customer service and warranty concerns; identifying potential business; maintaining marketing databases; and contacting customers pre and post contract.

    Report to Manager on a continuous basis the status of large strategic awards expected to be captured. Develop/provide market data from customers to assist with forecast, plans and strategies.

    Prepare quotations ensuring that margins are maximized while remaining competitive for each assigned customer. Where required by policy, prepare a BAR, including cash flow, for proposals.

    Assist management with continuous monitoring/updating and enhancement of pricing program to ensure maximum margins and productivity.

    Establish direct lines of communication with customers and business partners.

    Work with sales, IMRO and engineering staff in regard to spares requirements.

    Communicate with customers to facilitate order, to define specific requirements, and to gather market data.

    Verify and determine correct parts in response to RFQs

    Work with Engineering to establish correct parts for unusual requirements.

    Perform market price analyses and review award history to develop quotations to ensure both margins are maximized while remaining competitive.

    Develop detailed costs and pricing as needed for contract negotiations; obtain required approvals.

    Develop and maximize Basic Ordering Agreements with customers.

    Facilitate Export License applications as required.

    Release job requirements to operating and staff departments (Engineering, Contracts Administration, Manufacturing, etc).

    Coordinate job status from operating and staff departments.

    Provide direct contact with customers and business partners during performance of contracts.

    Notify customers when contracted delivery will not be met.

    Assist in maintaining COTD metric.

    Assist in account receivable collections.

    Assist in resolving warranty claims.

    What You Bring:

    Bachelor's Degree is required.

    An extensive knowledge of computer systems and business computer applications to include ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is required.

    3-5 years progressive Administrative/Marketing/Technical experience with a background in computer systems and applications or equivalent educational training.

    Customer service and marketing experience highly valued.
