- Develop and implement the company's risk management strategy
- Ensure that all risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively
- Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management matters
- Develop and maintain risk policies and procedures
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Report on risk management activities to senior management and the board of directors
- Lead the company's risk management team
Requirements- At least 10 years of experience in risk management
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree or professional qualification
