    We are looking for self-motivated sales professionals to join our team and deliver the freshest produce across UK / Europe.


    Job snapshot:
    No company can thrive without a dedicated sales team driving the business. And the team needs a leader who can mentor and guide them into making a successful career.

    If you think that you have it in you to handle a team of sales executives and team leaders across multiple locations, you may be whom we are looking for.


    What you'll be doing:
    Develop Key Performance Metrics to guide the team leaders and executives.
    Handle teams from multiple locations across UK / Europe.
    Have in-depth knowledge of the workings of the fresh produce industry.
    Aware of the laws and regulations that guide the fresh produce industry in UK / Europe.
    Drive teams to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
    Groom team leaders to handle the sales team in their location.
    Have detailed knowledge of import and export regulations relevant to the industry.
    Ensure compliance with local laws.
    Ensure that sales teams don't over-promise and under-deliver.
    Connect with management to understand what new products are being added and if any products are being removed.
    Review the performance of sales executives and team leads, and gauge training needs.

    The aspirant for Manager Sales should have at least 8 years of sales experience with over two years in a senior role.

    Should have an astute knowledge of the fresh produce industry in the UK or Europe and the laws guiding it.

    Should be able to work in a dynamic environment. Should be able to make presentations to clients when required. If you have all these qualities and more, then it's time to connect with us.
