    Description
    ROLE - Regional Sales manager

    SALARY - Very competitive basic salary, great bonus, 25 days holiday, contributary pension.


    Alcedo Selection is proud to be partnering with a leading materials stockholder looking to appoint a key member of the external sales team.

    Distributing and adding value to, leading brand quality products with unequalled application knowledge is what this company prides itself on.

    They are the industry experts and market leaders, in the supply and distribution of thermoformable and printable plastics to industries such as model makers through to Blue Chip OEM's.

    They offer the widest range of thermoplastic materials in the UK including HIPS, ABS, PVC, PET and PETG. There products are available in a variety of colours, textures, sizes and thicknesses, delivered with a bespoke, thoughtful service.


    Reporting to the General Manager, it is your role to manage clients face to face, maximising sales performance and ultimatly acheiving gross profit targets.


    Agree with the GM and internal sales team, the key / development accounts and develop a strategy to obtain and secure the business.


    • Achieve and surpass agreed sales and profit targets.
    • Produce business intelligence reports of visits made, incorporating relevant information such as contacts, materials, requirements, pricing, competitor activity etc.
    • Utilise system software to quote, follow up and manage customer contact details.
    • Training will be organised as is required but self-learning will be advantageous.
    • Increase the customer base and market share by pro-actively finding and opening new accounts.
    • Identify new products to add to our portfolio and work with the sales and inventory team to attack the market, promoting these products.
    • Ideally you are able to demonstrate experience of achieving sales & GP targets in a B2B sales environment.
