    Senior Property ManagerCentral London£40,000 to £50,000 basic (depending on experience) Monday to FridayNo Driving Licence RequiredWe are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to work with an exclusive London Estate Agent.

    This is a terrific opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a company where you can grow your experience in a highly professional and respected environment.

    You will have a busy and varied role.

    Your tasks will include but not be limited to the below:

    Looking after approximately 480 Residential London propertiesProperty inspectionsPre-tenancy checksLiaising with Landlords, contractors and TenantsMaintaining accurate maintenance recordsEnsuring all properties are safety compliant with current regulationsLiaising with Accounts and Lettings teams internallyReporting to the head of departmentIdeal candidate:We are looking for a reliable, organised and naturally helpful individual.

    Someone who is happy to work within a team and who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
    Ideally, you will have the following experience.

    Prior Residential Property Management experience Central London portfolio experienceARLA QualifiedWe read every application and respond to those who we think could be a good fit quickly.
