We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive Service Manager to join us and provide senior support to our new administrative team.
Working within clearly defined Trust policies the post holder will lead the team responsible for the effective delivery of clinical administration services and systems and will have delegated responsibility for the management of identified personnel.
The post holder will also have delegated responsibility for the management of identified personnel, resources and projects, and will ensure that those resources are managed efficiently and effectively, adjusting plans and moving resources as and when necessary, and that any projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As part of the Group management team the post holder will assist those with joint responsibility for the Group objectives and ensure that they are achieved.
