With no sign of slowing down, this is a fantastic time to join the team We are seeking a CASS Controls Office - Associate to join our CASS Office. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that our firm complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of the UK entity CASS control framework
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong culture of controls
  • Work with the CASS Officer to maintain the CASS documentation and policies
  • Assist in drafting analytical papers
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly MI reports
  • Preparation of CASS MI reporting
  • Assist in the preparation and review of FCA regulatory returns
  • Invitee to the CASS Committee
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

    • Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a CASS officer/associate role within financial services, preferably within a CFD and Spread Betting firm
  • Expert understanding of the CASS regulations and the wider regulatory landscape
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A degree educated in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential.
