    Description

    I am pleased to be recruiting for a Head of Sales role with my Speke based client. This company is an innovative company in the field of electronics.

    Their client base includes many specialists international contract manufacturers as well as world renowned household brands such as Google, BMW, Cisco, Tesla, Nokia plus many more.

    This is a new and exciting role within our business for an energetic, hardworking and passionate Sales Manager with global responsibility where you'll play a key role in driving the business forward during an exciting time of rapid growth.

    The Ideal Candidate


    • Be driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement


    • Be enthusiastic about contributing ideas and assertively presenting them


    • Come from an engineering background, ideally with some electronics experience. But not essential.


    • Have confidence to contact potential and existing customers and the ability to build lasting relationships


    • Thrive in managing your own schedule – being well organised and meticulous


    • Be able to work collaboratively as well as independently


    • Have strong communication and customer liaising skills


    • Excellent administration and IT skills

    Job Specification


    • Exclusively promoting company's products to obtain global sales.


    • Active promotion and sales of the Products within the Territory.


    • Visiting the client base and passionately delivering presentations


    • Manage and prepare authorised customer quotations.


    • Account prospecting and market development


    • Preparing and delivery of a monthly Marketing Strategy and Sales Plan


    • Maintaining the CRM system for the territory, to include recording of all sales activities


    • Weekly summary reports on the status of activities and sales leads, and on the actions taken, and including the forecast sales.


    • Constantly develop new sales tactics for the company to use to achieve its business goals

    Essential Experience & Skills:


    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a sales role with a successful track record


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


    • Valid UK Driving Licence
