The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to healthcare providers, institutions, or other relevant stakeholders.

Actively pursue sales opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Track sales activities, monitor sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management to assess progress against targets and objectives.
Assist in developing comprehensive sales strategies and plans to penetrate target markets, generate leads, and achieve sales targets and revenue objectives particularly for the assigned accounts.
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Execute sales strategies effectively and engage with prospective clients through lead generation activities, networking events and conferences and relationship-building activities.
Collaborate with the internal teams to refine sales tactics and product positioning based on market feedback and industry insights.
Liaise with cross functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve issuesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, care home facilities, and pharmacies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software or other sales management tools.
Proactively build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and any potential new businesses, increasing and strengthening the Company's brand image.
Ideally a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales or a related field.Proven track record of success in (preferably healthtech) sales or a related field, with demonstrated achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot desirable), sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.A great learning environment dedicated to fostering both organisational and personal growth, and help you shape a rewarding and fulfilling career path.
