RUOLO

Siamo alla ricerca di un Buyer da inserire all'interno del nostro team Purchasing, presso il nostro Headquarter di Appiano Gentile (CO).

La risorsa collaborerà con il team per garantire l'approvvigionamento dei prodotti per far fronte alle esigenze aziendali.

Questo ruolo permetterà al candidato di interfacciarsi con un'ampia gamma di fornitori, con le altre unità aziendali e con le filiali commerciali estere.

ATTIVITÀ

Più nello specifico, la risorsa collaborerà con il team nelle seguenti attività:

Inserimento ed invio ordini ai fornitori;
Monitoraggio, gestione e aggiornamento tempestivo dei piani di consegna dei fornitori;
Collaborare nella creazione dei report legati ai processi di acquisto e monitoraggio dell'andamento KPI.
Ricerca a sistema di documenti quali fatture, certificati di origine e Made in, per supportare le richieste dei reparti Logistica e Customer Service;
Verifica fatture fornitori interfacciandosi coi reparti Accounting e Delivery.

ESPERIENZE E COMPETENZE

Inglese Fluente;
Pacchetto office, in particolare ottima conoscenza di Excel;
Capacità di gestire e sviluppare relazioni efficaci e attitudine all'ascolto attivo;
Ottime doti organizzative e di analisi;
Forte orientamento al risultato.
