- Leads the rollout, implementation and adoption of said initiatives to repair "leaky buckets" in the sales funnel, significantly boost qualified traffic and optimize conversion rates facilitating quarterly OKR achievement by Marketing and Sales teams.
- Team development and management.
- Using data points, can quickly identify which channels and regions are most efficient in terms of booking volumes and CAC to plan growth marketing initiatives.
- Places real consumer insight at the core of all marketing strategies and plans.
- Preparation and approval of the monthly growth marketing budget by region.
- Partner with the Analytics and Customer Intelligence teams to apply advanced analytics to improve attribution reporting and using insights to test new promotion channels, new landing pages, promo campaigns.
- Work in partnership with Sales and Onboarding teams to refine targeting and constantly improve lead quality.
- Build a roadmap in partnership with Product, Content and Teacher Ops to identify opportunities for product innovation and assess end-to-end brand and marketing effectiveness across regions.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar tools.
- Proactive, solutions-driven professional with minimum 7+ years' relevant experience in growth marketing (experience in education or EdTech is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills to derive local market insights and develop successful go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to collaborate and build rapport with multiple teams and projects in a high-growth environment.

The Role
The Growth Marketing Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day team processes, tracking and correcting performance against KPIs to deliver solutions that unlocks Novakid's business growth potential.
