    The Moorhouse Operating Model team sit within our Strategy and Customer service line. We work along side our clients as a strategic advisor and a delivery partner, providing a range of services to help them articulate what they are here to do and how they set themselves up to succeed.

    We are seeing increased demand from clients for support with the definition and translation of strategic direction and the design and development of new operating models, particularly in the Energy and Utilities and Life Sciences sectors.

    As a Senior Consultant you will have:

    • 4 – 6 years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm or boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering operating models within industry
    • A strong commercial track record, including experience in supporting bid development and sales, and a network of relevant relationships
    • A collaborative approach, working alongside your colleagues to support one another and maximise the value we deliver to our clients
    • A keen interest in playing an active role within the Strategy & Customer Service Line team, supporting the development of compelling propositions and integrating with Sector teams
    • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues

    Experience

    Operating model experience in the following areas:

    • Energy and Utlilties or Life Sciences experience is important but we are open to exploring candidates with cross-sector sector experience
    • Helping organisations to set their vision and expected outcomes, and translate this into operating model thinking
    • A strong track record of scoping, designing and delivering target operating model work for major organisations, covering people, process, technology and data, suppliers and governance
    • An ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of organisations, identifying pain points and their root causes
    • A passion for creating pragmatic and tailored operating model designs that clients can implement with limited external support and an in-depth understanding of what it takes to make that happen
    • The ability to think innovatively about the new approaches, functions and services that clients may need
    • An understanding of enterprise agility and the challenges clients experience in making the shift to more agile ways of working
    • An understanding of how to break down complex messages and models in an engaging and creative way (i.e. being able to take people on the journey)

    What we can offer you at Moorhouse:

    • A total cash packagein excessof£80,000 comprising of a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
    • 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
