If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team

    In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our marketing projects and promotions by overseeing their coordination and execution. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks aimed at optimising project timelines, resources, and budgets.

    Responsibilities:

    As our Assistant Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be tasked with executing marketing initiatives in alignment with predetermined critical paths to meet deadlines effectively. This entails taking full ownership of projects from concept to delivery, including everything from procurement to allocation and communication. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with team members to manage workloads efficiently and ensure that project progress aligns with established budgets.

    Effective communication lies at the heart of your role. You'll be tasked with fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather essential information and assets. Clear and concise communication is paramount as you provide project details to relevant departments and field teams, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and aligned. Your role will also involve producing comprehensive written materials for store implementation and ensuring that team members are adequately briefed to address any store inquiries. Maintaining positive relationships with external suppliers and contractors is crucial to uphold service standards and address any service-related issues.

    Beyond coordination and communication, your role will include various other responsibilities aimed at optimising our retail marketing operations. You'll be expected to evaluate current projects and propose innovative ideas, including potential cost-saving measures. Overseeing the distribution of marketing allocations via our warehouse and ensuring timely delivery will also fall within your responsibilities. Attendance at meetings with both internal and external stakeholders will be necessary to represent the marketing operations team effectively. Additionally, you'll play a key role in regularly updating and assessing budgets, highlighting any areas of concern to the Marketing Operations Manager, and providing support and motivation to team members.

    Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent communicator with an ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in written form
  • Great organisational skills, as will be involved in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually
  • Proficient in Word & Excel
  • Proficient in G-Suite - G-Mail, Sheets, Docs & Slides

    • Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working in a marketing environment
  • Experience in coordinating projects & promotions
  • Experience of supervising team members
  • Knowledge of In-Design & Photoshop
