    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment processes, team management, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

    The Director of Talent Acquisition will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, drive recruitment strategies aligned with company goals, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with regional and global teams to enhance diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop early careers programs. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a metrics-driven approach, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

    Your Role


    • Oversee EMEA recruitment processes, allocation of work and workload management for a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Partners to ensure maximum efficiencies and effectiveness.


    • Provide guidance for recruiting improvement processes, creative solutions or tools for challenging searches, managing expectations of hiring managers and candidates.


    • Lead, mentor and enhance TA team across EMEA.


    • Drive and cultivate innovation and operational efficiencies to create a best-in-class talent acquisition organization. Developing and establishing recruiting strategies and processes aligned with business objectives and company goals.


    • Working closely with the TA Operations function to ensure a superior candidate experience that is reflective of our culture and unique to the marketplace.


    • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with all client groups to better understand their business, manage their staffing needs and present proactive ideas and solutions.


    • Working closely with HR teams to ensure that all TA processes adhere to the local employment legislation


    • Partnering with the APAC group, creating and inspiring effective development of targeted attraction methods within the team to support recruitment and D&I objectives and generate candidate interest


    • Use metrics-based approach to ensure hiring plans are achieved efficiently via benchmarks for planning purposes and employing data-driven process improvements.


    • Working closely with the Early Careers team to ensure that appropriate Early Careers programs are being developed to pipeline future talent for the region


    • Partnering with BU hiring leaders, stakeholders and HR Business partners

    What You Will Bring

    • 12+ years of EMEA TA experience in a search firm and/or in-house recruiting teams.
    • Including 8+ years of demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing TA team(s) with 3+ at Director or above.
    • Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results, consultative and partnership skills and team building in a highly matrixed organization.
    • Solid stakeholder relations experience.
    • Exceptional communication skills to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of individuals across the organization.
    • Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility.
    • Must have strong computer skills and experience with Outlook, Excel, ATS, Tableau, etc.
    • Strong professional demeanor using good judgment, maturity, strategic mindset and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
