    Description

    Business Development Manager

    Location: London Bridge, London, UK ( Hybrid Schedule, 2 Days in the Office)

    About This Role

    The Business Development Manager is responsible for creating strategies and tactics to enhance agency and broadcaster operations in the local market to drive revenue growth.

    They will be a self starter and adaptable to frequent changes. They will be a natural problem solver and ready to think creatively about big challenges and present actionable solutions. They will also be naturally collaborative with a proven track record of working successfully across teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit new agencies to join BIGO UK, providing good quality hosts and adding to our content strategy
    • Communicate, influence and drive growth and performance with agency partners who manage broadcasters from third party agencies
    • Lead kickoff campaigns with agencies and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization and set clear expectations with agencies
    • Create, promote, execute and wrapup online events and initiatives designed for the recruitment and development of new and established broadcasters and agencies

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
    • 3+ years of experience in negotiations and vendor management
    • Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech,and entertainment industry in the UK; live broadcast industry preferred
    • Understand the Internet and be proficient in using mainstream social networks (Facebook, Twitter, g+, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
    • Rapid learning and adaptability, good at communication
    • Skilled use of Office, can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint for operational analysis and Reporting
    • Analytical skills; Experience with data analysis and report; Ability to make data driven decisions is highly preferred
