We are a specialist integrator of AV, IT, and network solutions in the marine and residential sectors.
We are seeking a highly skilled AV Project Manager to oversee the installation of IT, networks, AV, and security systems in high-end superyachts across Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.Conduct on-site client meetings to discuss project progress.
Manage logistics and resources, including organising engineers, planning travel, and coordinating equipment logistics.
Effectively manage client expectations throughout the project.
Maintain and update project documentation.
Oversee multiple projects at different stages.
Manage and allocate project budget.
Supervise permanent staff and subcontractors as needed.
Communicate with Lead Engineers to track project progress.
Occasional travel to the office may be required.
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management within the marine or residential AV sector.
Strong client management skills.
Background in AV engineering.
Valid passport.
Full UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel and work away from home at short notice and on a regular basis.
European passport.
Competitive salary ranging between £40K- £50K, depending on experience.
5X overtime rates.
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
£4800 car allowance.
Statutory pension.
Mobile phone and laptop provided.
