    The Lead Generation Specialist is a pivotal role within the sales and marketing team, focusing on generating new business opportunities. This role requires a mix of analytical and creative skills to effectively reach and engage potential customers.

    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for lead generation and a deep understanding of how to cultivate relationships from initial contact to potential sales.

    Key responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Lead Identification : Use market research and sales data to identify potential leads in targeted markets.
    • Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
    • Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads to determine their likelihood of becoming customers, based on specific criteria and interactions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
    • Performance Analysis : Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
    • Outreach Strategies : Develop and implement outreach strategies, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and telephone cold calling, to initiate contact with potential leads.
    • CRM Management: Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, monitor interactions, and record sales process stages.
    • Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content and materials that attract and engage potential leads.
