    About The Role

    As we invest more into our growth, we're looking for a talented Client Success Executive. Our Client Services Team sits at the heart of our business. We believe that providing our clients with a positive experience is everyone's responsibility, regardless of their position or function. We therefore proactively encourage cross over between teams to provide the best outcomes possible.

    You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Providing administrative support across the Client Services functions.
    • Assisting the Payments Team with queries, record management and day to day administrative tasks.
    • Supporting the Compliance function with new applications and periodic reviews of client files.
    • Client Onboarding and Needs Assessment, guide clients through the post approval onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Work closely with clients to gather feedback and provide insights to help enhance products and services.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and objectives.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and preferences.

    Requirements

    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills both verbal and written
    • A good understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • The ability to build a professional rapport with clients.
    • Experience in customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
    • Problem-solving abilities.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
    • Understanding of CRM software and other relevant tools – specifically HubSpot would be an advantage.

    Nice to have:

    • Prior experience of working within a regulated financial services environment is desirable but not essential.

    Salary range: £20,000 - £24,000
