Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Business Development Executive, who will be pivotal in driving sales initiatives for both PlastikCity and PlastikMedia and growing our existing customer base.
As a marketing agency, we also require all team members to be able to carry out basic marketing tasks - full training will be provided but an enthusiasm for marketing, social media, and content would be very beneficial.

Responsibilities:
Understand our services and products in detail and the value we provide to clients, and communicate these effectively both verbally and in writing.
Engage in prospecting new clients and establish relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Assess a client or prospect's needs and provide solutions by choosing appropriate services or products.
Schedule and attend meetings with current and potential clients.
Use our CRM (Hubspot) to record all activities and provide reports when required.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, including upselling and regular check-in communications.
Utilise platforms like LinkedIn extensively for prospecting, connecting with industry contacts, and contributing to campaigns being run by the Marketing Department.
Contribute to marketing activities such as creating emails, creating social media posts, and other content-related tasks.Attend industry exhibitions and conduct client visits to strengthen network and business opportunities.
Collaborate across teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
General office duties.
Skills required:
Attitude is key – enthusiasm and commitment to the role is imperative.
Adept in online prospecting and selling via phone and video calls.
Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar for effective communication for both sales and marketing.
Highly effective verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills – you must be able to organise your own workload systematically and efficiently.
High proficiency in IT and computer skills; you must be Microsoft Office literate.
Excellent attention to detail is essential.
Capable of working independently with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
A clean driving licence and own vehicle (expenses will be paid when relevant).
Experience required:
Proven experience in a sales environment.
Understanding or experience in the plastics manufacturing sector is not required but would be highly advantageous.
Experience with CRM software would be beneficial but not required.
Education required:
GCSE grade A*-C or equivalent in English and Maths.
