Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a FMC Accredited Family Mediator at Disputes Mediation. As a Family Mediator, you will be responsible for facilitating the resolution of family disputes through mediation.

    Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting mediation sessions, helping clients identify and clarify issues, facilitating communication and negotiation, and facilitating the drafting of agreements.

    This role requires excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications FMC Accredited Family Mediator qualificationStrong knowledge and understanding of family law and mediation principlesExcellent communication and active listening skillsAbility to manage conflicts and facilitate constructive dialogueEmpathy and understanding of diverse perspectivesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to maintain neutrality and confidentialityExperience in conducting family mediation sessionsProficiency in documentation and agreement draftingStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyAdditional certifications or training in related fields (e.g., counselling, psychology) are beneficial
