    Project Coordinator - Cruachan Units 3&4

    Are you looking to develop and accelerate your Engineering Project ManagementCareer? Do you want to work within one of the most unique environments – withina mountain? Do you want to be involved in Engineering Excellence? If yes, then this might be the role for you Thisis a fantastic opportunity – spanning from design through to full operation,and you'll be involved in all of it As the Project Coordinator, you'll beresponsible for supporting all of our engineering and operational team on theupgrades of Cruachan Power Station on units 3&4.

    Thisis a permanent role,based at our Cruachan Power Station. You'll be reporting into the SeniorProject Manager and leading a team to deliver critical engineeringupgrades.

    Youwill be building on the shoulders of giants who constructed the original siteback in the 1960's Takea look at what Jamie thinks about working within our Hydro sites About the role Thisis a significant investment project that will include the design, manufacture,installation, and commissioning of the new units.

    The upgrading will includethe replacement of the turbines, generators, and Main Inlet Valves duringplanned outages You'llplay a key role in supporting and assisting the scope of works which willinclude the implementation and management of practices and policies.

    Thiswill also include the management of invoices, reports, drawings, quotes andbudget to ensure that the Cruachan Unit 3&4 project is delivered to time,cost and quality.

    Itwill be down to you to ensure that the budget reporting is accurate at alltimes, and ensure that invoices, quotes and orders are all fully recorded With your experience, you'll Improve the management of digital and paper-baseddocuments and information across Cruachan an well as designing and developingfiling systems, business classification schemes and undertake records surveysto ensure that the Unit 3&4 project has excellent records About you You'lldemonstrate your fantastic experience in carrying out a data management roleincluding budget management You'll also have solid knowledge of Information Management along with a qualificationin records management and/or information governance, or equivalent.
