Are you looking for a new role as a Project Coordinator within a leading Global Search Firm?

We are looking for a Project Coordinator/EA to join our client in supporting both the internal team and clients & candidates. You will coordinate activities whilst also balancing needs and expectations of the firm.

What you will do:

This is a varied, busy role which will include project management, relationship building and business development.

Some of your duties will include:

Support Consultants in their business development activities.
Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects and candidates to achieve highest levels of customer service.
Manage the financial aspects of the billing process, including expense report processing, client invoicing and tracking receivables.
Create, edit and format all client-facing documents (e. status memos, job specifications, business development proposals, etc.) to ensure all information is accurate and meets the client and Consultant expectations.
Proactively manage the team's efforts to ensure they are moving the assignment/project forward.

For this role we are looking for an experienced individual who has a proactive approach to their work. You will have excellent problem solving, communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
