    To effectively manage key client projects, ensuring exceptional planning, communication, and delivery of GoJoe's digital health and fitness product to meet and exceed client success benchmarks on an international scale.

    Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for GoJoe's key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

    Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and driving account growth and renewal.
    Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay information pertinent to client projects and account expansion opportunities.
    Develop and execute detailed project and account plans, ensuring resource allocation aligns with client objectives and business goals.
    Lead negotiations and discussions around contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to increase contract value and client investment.
    Implement and adapt project management best practices to optimize client account growth and retention strategies.
    Track account metrics and provide regular updates on client account status and growth opportunities, to internal stakeholders.

    Serve as an advocate for client needs, providing feedback to our product team to continuously improve the app's functionality and user experience.

    Ensure consistent achievement of client success benchmarks through effective project delivery and account management.

    Proven experience in project management and account growth within a similar industry.

    Demonstrable ability to drive account renewal and expansion, with a solid understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.

    Experience with remote work and managing projects and accounts in a virtual setting.
    Capacity to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
    Familiarity with CRM tools, project management tools, and methodologies.
