    Assistant Technical CoordinatorLocation:

    Central LondonSalary: Up to £40k + PackageMy client is one of the UK's largest Housing Associations currently looking for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join their team in Central London.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a charitable organisation that goes beyond providing homes and housing services.

    This will be a split of office and site based where you will be working on 2 high rise, RC Frame Residential schemes.

    You will be working alongside a highly experienced Senior Technical Manager.

    RoleAs Assistant Technical Coordinator you will:
    Assisting the site team with the appointment and management of consultants and managing allocated project tasksManage and keeping up to date project information registers and information packsAssisting with technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and preparing for planning applicationsWork with Construction colleagues to prepare high quality site logistics plansReview work produced by developersReport progress, including any changes made to the planCandidateAssistant Technical Coordinators applying to this role must have:Previous experience working with a Contractor or Developer in the housing sector or come from an Architectural firm looking to step into client sideIdeally worked on RC Frame Residential schemesAn understanding of the Building Regulations and renewable technologiesArchitectural backgroundGood problem-solving, communication and analytical skillsAmbitious and willing to learnProject management skills and a high level of computer literacyBenefitsThe successful Assistant Technical Coordinator will receive:Up to £40k plus packageAccess to a full suite of benefitsExcellent career progression plan from day 1
