Description
Commercial Account Executive
Location: Manchester (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: £28,000 basic salary, circa £50,000 OTE (uncapped)
Industry: Software, services, consultancy - HR technology
We are working with an established, multi-£M turnover HR software and professional services company with a fantastic internal culture and currently hiring on the back of double digit YoY growth
Working with a variety of mid-market and enterprise clients, you will be selling a range of market leading technologies, from HR management systems, Time and Attendance, On-Boarding, People analytics and consultancy services.
The role will be working with existing customers, creating value, increasing revenue with additional product or service sales and helping to attract new customers through those established relationships. This is a hybrid business development and account management role and the ability to nurture, manage and grow relationships across multiple stakeholders is key.
You will also have the support of an established internal sales function to help build up the sales funnel.
Experience required:
We are searching for an experienced sales professional across either the SaaS or consultancy services markets. Industry experience is desirable but not essential. Progression is on offer for all employees either into senior commercial positions, inter-divisional career changes or even management, as proven with a number of internal hires.
