    WHATS THEMISSION

    To guide thecompanys omnichannel distribution and fulfilment operationsdelivering bestinclass operational performance. You will beresponsible for delivering business goals through efficientoperational plans and proactively addressing risks andopportunities. You will ensure KPIs are met or exceeded and build astrong environment of collaboration accountability and continuousimprovement.

    WHATDOES SUCCESS LOOKLIKE

    • Develop andmaintain relationships with our 3PL. Focusing on overseeingwarehouse management by tracking key operational data pointsoverseeing contract commitments monitoring inventory levels andworking as the main stakeholder with our3PL
    • Serve as a subject matter expert to theWarehouses agreements and contracts as well as maintaining up todate documentation for A&M
    • Managetracking and deliverance of Astrid & Miyu stock fromsuppliers to the warehouse communicating any risks to thebusiness
    • Collaborate closely with courieraccount managers to ensure compliance with SLAs whilst alsorefining and enhancing processes for optimal efficiency andperformance
    • Create Standard OperatingProcedures and train our 3PL partners on previously mentionedSOPs
    • Manage crossfunctional operationalprojects to enhance efficiency andscalability
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to optimise order management shipping processes and deliverytimelines. (Such as supporting Ecomm with promotionalplanning)
    • Liaise with the supply chain andfinance department to monitor and support paymentprocesses
    • Contribute to budget managementincluding warehouse labour supplies retail maintenance and repairand thirdparty contracts
    • Implement adequatecontrols crossfunctionally to ensure best practices and adequategovernance on product handling
    • Strive forrefinement of processes and automation oftasks
    • Contribute to the implementation andongoing development of our ERPinfrastructure
    • Support international businessexpansion

    WHAT WOULD YOULIKE FROM ME

    • 3 years experience inLogistics & Operations in an omnichannel fastgrowingjewellery fashion or lifestyle industry
    • Haspreviously led and overseen inventory control within a highvolumebusiness
    • DTC Omnichannel with significantinternational experience
    • Has strong operationalplanning and risk managementcapabilities
    • Experience of operating inmultiple ERP and WMS environments across multiplelocations
    • Strong attention to detail andorganisation skills
    • Ability to workautonomously and exercisediscretion
    • Exceptionally strong communicationskills
    • Experienced in changemanagement
    • Understand the nuance of dataanalysis and forecasting. You love solving problems by dissectingdata
    • Skilled in using spreadsheet apps: ExcelGoogle Sheets Smartsheets
