    Maintenance Hub Administrator

    Come and join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Maintenance Hub Administrator.


    What You'll Do

    As Maintenance Administrator (Hub Administrator) you will enjoy a dynamic environment ensuring that all the maintenance work on the park is effectively planned, delivered, and executed.

    You will drive the efficiency of maintenance and stores operations by managing work requests, scheduling, stock and asset management, and effective communication with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.

    • Reviewing work requests
    • Scheduling and allocation of work
    • Administrating the jobs process
    • Stock and asset management and control
    • Communicating to internal customers, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers
    • Managing contractors
    • Communicating effectively to all team members

    Experience and Qualifications
    • Must be highly competent in computer and IT systems
    • Evidence of previous administrative roles
    • Able to present information confidently at all levels
    • Service driven towards both 'Owners' and internal customers
