    Sales, BD lead G-20

    Founded in 2011, G-20 is the leading Swiss liquidity provider company with a focus on investments in the field of digital assets.

    Our team is looking for a BD lead to fill an important gap in our Sales team and help us improve all our processes.

    To excel in this role, you need a keen eye for detail, experience within financial banking or the crypto space, and a deep understanding of business organizations.

    Onboarding new clients and partners by leveraging your own network and/or creating one.
    Attending industry events and networking conferences.
    Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within clients' organizations.

    Demonstrating a strong understanding of each client's business model and effectively promoting and selling G-20 services to grow existing portfolios and help clients optimize their Market Making activities and treasury building strategies.

    Collaborating with the Account Management and Trading team to drive new revenue opportunities.

    Achieving revenue targets through effective leadership, consultative support, relationship building, and strategic partnering to contribute to the attainment of the Company's sales goals.

    Continuing to develop knowledge within the Market Making space through internal and external training, working towards becoming an expert in the field.

    You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in generating new business and exceeding your sales targets.

    You also need to have the ability to strategically select potential clients, focusing on maintaining multiple sourcing alternatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential prospects for new business and revenue opportunities.

    Currently, we are all working remotely, but once we have a UK office, you will split your time between our fun, collaborative office in London and working from home.

    Prepare briefs, understand contracts, and other legal documents.

    Investigate facts and laws of various jurisdictions and work closely with the legal team in drafting a contract and passing the KYC stage.

    Facilitate the completion of commercial contracts (filling basic information, proofreading, etc.) under the supervision of the legal manager.
    Keep track of changes in the legal framework and provide timely updates on these changes.
    Handle administrative tasks, always keeping track of CRM and all the meetings occurred.
