    Description

    Job Title: Account Executive

    Location: Remote, UK

    Hours: Flexible 35hrs/week

    Salary: Up to £42,000.00 depending on experience + commission

    In a nutshell:

    You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to grow the business and engage prospective clients with our highly reputable products and services.

    Day to day we'll trust you to:

    • Increase our number of new customers
    • Manage sales cycles with a consultative sales approach, intensely listening to your customers, preparing comprehensive territory plans and identifying and converting opportunities into sales.
    • Focus on the UK market but also explore opportunities to expand into the Middle East and potentially other designated regions.
    • Skilfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.
    • Clearly articulating the value proposition of solutions and products and the endless possibilities of the digital enterprise to your customers.
    • Provide engaging and comprehensive demonstrations/presentations.
    • Becomes established as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader through identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to area of expertise.
    • Ensure all sales data is recorded in Salesforce to ensure visibility of the sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients.
    • Build key relationships as a trusted advisor with clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication throughout the partnership.

    Team collaboration:

    • Keep up to date on industry trends, market & competition.
    • Actively share stories and successes to the wider organisation through comms channels.
    • Regularly meet and communicate with Marketing team to discuss ideas that will support clients with marketing materials, engagement ideas, as well as ideas to educate them on other Mind Tools products that will results in upsells.

    Your success will be measured by:

    • Pipeline at: Negotiation, Discovery, Closed stage.
    • Achieving Sales (New Business) Targets.
    • Accuracy of sales forecasting.
    • Client Touchpoints.
    • Effective time management to ensure coverage to achieve sales forecasts and targets.

    You'll need to have:

    • B2B over the phone experience.
    • Ability to question and delve deep to understand the Client's business needs and challenges.
    • Commercial awareness and ability to sell/negotiate subscriptions and upsells at all levels.
    • Have knowledge and experience of using closing techniques to secure business.
    • Understanding of client requirements in order to develop an engagement strategy conducive to retaining their business.
    • Ability to engage and quickly establish strong working relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Extremely well organised and analytical with a structured and diligent approach to work.

    • Has passion for their profession and role and continually looks to develop and improve.
