    Senior Support AnalystLocation:

    LondonSalary: £90,000 - £110,000A leading Trading Firm is looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join the team in their London offices.

    They have a massive global footprint and have amazing market presence. They offer a wide range of financial products and services to over twenty million customers globally.

    The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement lasting technology solutions as well as support the existing application.

    ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve providing 1st/2nd line application supportYou will be responsible for offering engagement with a range of stakeholders from front to back officeHave a 'hands-on' approach to work and a 'can do' attitudeProvide ad-hoc reporting tools for business groupsOn-call, weekend, bank holiday and shift work may be requiredSystems and applications comprise vendor and in-house built toolsRequirementsMust have Fixed Income functional knowledge, in particular, bond and treasuries trading expertiseC++, Java or Python Experience working in front to back office is necessaryHave knowledge of assessing trading systems to investigate trade breaks, data, and performance problemsKnowledge of electronic trading, markets and connectivityExperience working with the following technologies is necessary: Linux RH, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, PythonPast experience working with Business Analysts, Developers and Infrastructure Support Team is advantageousSQL or experience in programming languages such as Python scripting is essentialIf you are someone that wants to work with the most advanced technology and greatest people in your space, then this is the role for you.
