Realise are growing and we're currently recruiting people who are passionate about developing and supporting our apprentices to fulfil their potential. We have exciting opportunities for People Professionals to join the team as a CIPD Tutor. If you have a vested interest in developing others, this is the perfect role as you will be teaching our Apprentices though their Intermediate and Higher-Level Apprenticeships in HR and Learning and Development.
Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Deliver online classroom sessions to teach Apprentices what they need to know to be able to complete their CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in people Management or Organisational Learning and Development- Deliver interactive teaching and learning sessions for the People Professional and Learning and Development Apprenticeship Standard
- Build effective working relationships with the Apprentices to support their development and engagement through teaching sessions, as well as providing developmental feedback.
- Assess and mark CIPD assignments, while providing constructive feedback to aid progression and support the achievement of the CIPD.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the teaching and learning sessions

About You - Experience and confidence in virtual/online/classroom delivery.
- Have a minimum of GCSE grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent.
- Have occupational competency as an HR or L & D Manager, Business Partner or Consultant
- A CIPD qualification at L5 level or above or equivalent (essential)
- Associate or chartered membership with CIPD (essential)
- If you have a teaching and / or assessing, great but if you don't hold a relevant teaching qualification, we will sponsor you through the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding practices and legislation
