    Reporting to theConversion and Retention Manager (Global), as aCampaign Specialist you will execute our global campaigns for Casino, Live Casino and Sports products for local markets.

    Your focus will be on working with local market MD, making sure the local campaigns are aligned with market needs.

    You will coordinate with other central and local teams to ensure the campaigns are accurate and high quality. You will also help to analyze and improve our campaigns and processes.
    Canada (&ROW), UK and Nordics (Finnish).
    Detailed briefing on local campaigns.
    Local campaign performance analysis.
    Market/Competitor analysis.
    Develop and manage a central commercial strategy.
    Ensure adaptability of the strategy for local markets.
    Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.
    Monitor overall campaign performance.
    Conduct briefings for local campaigns.
    Develop and execute customer retention strategies to maximize value from our customer base based in local market.
    Leverage integrated campaign tools and tech for efficient CRM marketing.
    Design and execute comprehensive campaigns, including bonuses and ROI analysis.
    Collaborate with Business Intelligence for data-driven approach.
    Ensure campaign quality and proofreading.
    Monitor competitors' CRM activities and report findings.
    Oversee key database metrics and propose improvements.
    Proficient in English both written and spoken.
    Local market knowledge (one of the markets: Minimum 2 years of CRM or online/multi-channel marketing experience, ideally in a matrix organization.
    Strong analytical and data skills, with budget management experience.
    Effective management of bonus spend (Gen2GGR%).
