    Salary:
    Up to £55,000 per annum dependent on experience (plus car allowance)

    What will you be doing?

    As the Senior Talent and Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent and learning initiatives.

    You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring training and performance levels align with policies, procedures, and regulations. Additionally, you will identify training needs, develop effective learning strategies, and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

    Moreover, you will oversee the Society's approach to training and competency, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of various learning programs.

    Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
    Leadership and development of the Talent and Learning team.
    Identifying training needs and developing effective learning strategies.
    Designing and implementing talent development initiatives.
    Maintenance and annual review of the Society's approach to training and competency.
    Oversight of the design, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding programs.
    Delivery of SMCR training and Leadership and Talent Management Programmes.
    Supplier management in line with procurement requirements.
    What type of person will you need to be?
    We are looking for a collaborative leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    You should be adept at developing and implementing learning and development policies and preferably have a background in financial services leadership.

    Additionally, you should possess a relevant Training Practice Qualification (or equivalent) and have significant experience in writing and delivering training courses.

    Your ability to manage risks, remain compliant with regulatory requirements, and adapt to change will be crucial in this role.

    Please note that no agency support will be required at this time.
