    We are currently looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our fantastic client in t Basingstoke. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team to provide financial analysis and support to the business.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide financial analysis and support to the Finance team
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns
    • Develop financial models to support decisionmaking
    • Support the Finance team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
    • Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement
    • Assist in the preparation of business cases for new projects and initiatives
    • Provide adhoc analysis and support as required

    Requirements:

    • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified;
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
