    Description

    Our client is an **international** law firm known for its top-notch international disputes practice and they are currently on the lookout for a skilled Business Development (BD) Coordinator to join their dynamic Marketing and Business Development team situated in the heart of London.

    This role, based in London, will play a crucial part in a small, but impactful marketing and BD team that operates from the firm's New York and London offices, catering to 19 global offices.

    The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with a strong academic background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with an interest in collaborating with a diverse and globally-oriented team.

    Aside from being an effective communicator, the selected candidate should excel in project management and be adept at nurturing internal and external relationships. They should embody high energy levels and a collaborative spirit, essential qualities in a team environment. Experience in a law firm or another professional services marketing role would be advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Compiling pitch documents and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
    • Conducting research, drafting, editing, and formatting various marketing materials including:
    • Submission to directories, occasional **management** of website content like bios, practice descriptions, and news updates Internal and external HTML communications like bulletins, newsletters, announcements, and invites Overseeing social media platforms operation, as needed
    • Guiding partners on strategic decisions related to business development initiatives Collaborating with the marketing team and partners to establish effective communication practices and introduce **industry** best standards

    Primary Duties:

    • Bachelor's degree essential along with past involvement in a business development or marketing team
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Proficiency in Canva is preferred but not obligatory
    • Outstanding editing and proofreading skills
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm is desirable
    • Confident, dynamic, and self-driven
    • Enthusiastic team player
    • Capability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks with unwavering quality
