    Job Title: Sales Manager – Nine Elms (Maternity Cover)

    Contract: Fixed Term Maternity Cover, expected to be at least a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the Nine Elms sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales and market share in the Nine Elms area.
    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about current trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
    • Winning Business: Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects and clients.
    • Identifying New Developments: Keep abreast of new property developments and opportunities in the Nine Elms area to expand the company's portfolio.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high ethical standards.
    • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

    Who We're Looking For

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position within estate agency, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data and sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
    • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Central London property market.

    Although this is a maternity cover, fixed-term contract, we are continuously expanding. There would be potential opportunities to stay on in the business after the contract in another senior role for the right candidate.
