    Social Media Manager
    £West London (Hybrid)
    My client is a premium beauty and wellness brand.
    Founders who are dedicated to creating an incredibly supportive working environment, a stunning brand and high-quality products.
    Due to rapid growth and expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Social Media Manager as arisen. The successful candidate will be creative, strategic and have an eye for luxury branding
    Enhancing brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms inc Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linkedin.
    Create compelling content, foster community engagement, and develop strategies to drive growth and visibility
    Managing briefing and feedback rounds for organic social with the Creative Team, ensuring each piece of content is fit for purpose and channel
    Reporting on content performance and presenting social insights/best practices to various stakeholders whilst highlighting key industry insight and platform advancements
    Collaborating with the Creative Team to bring brand vision to life across social channels, using existing brand assets and UGC, and/or creating new content

    You've got good experience with organic (& ideally some growth/paid social) with a proven track record of delivering follower growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn.

    Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, preferably in the beauty, natural health or wellness industry.
    Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
    Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
