    Description

    Our client is a pioneering project development company that designs, builds, and operates green hydrogen systems. Recently established, they have rapidly evolved to become a leading force in the green hydrogen sector.

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join a growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Hydrogen Sales Manager will be responsible for developing their existing relationships, as well as identifying new customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell hydrogen gas to various sectors including industrial heat, mobility, heavy goods transport, and off-grid solutions.
    • Identify and target potential customers across multiple industries that utilise hydrogen.
    • Close deals efficiently and effectively, focusing on revenue generation and meeting sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the commercial team and technical experts to ensure alignment of sales strategies with operational capabilities.
    • Adapt and evolve the existing sales strategy to capitalise on new market opportunities and industry trends.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

    • Strong sales skills with a focus on closing deals and generating revenue.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to evolve with the changing market dynamics.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
