Key Responsibilities

Effective administrative assistance to projects, utilizing project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
In the planning and organizing of operational meetings, agile ceremonies and events.
The reporting of key project metrics, using tools including Tableau and Jira.
Project management tools to support and promote efficient project delivery.
Opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, across the area and support in defining best practices.
And drive the implementation of Agile processes, tools and techniques.

Must have Skills:

of working in a project support / coordinator role, ideally in an electrical, or engineering environment.
or knowledge of the 'Agile' project management framework.
of change management or driving process improvement.
ability to learn how to differentiate between the project management and technical content elements of the role.
be dependable, results-driven, with a customer-first mindset.
ability to communicate at all levels and convey complex ideas.
be an effective team player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
in Microsoft software and experience in use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
ability to respond to change and adapt to change in priorities.
