    Do you want to pursuea career in finance This opportunity would be perfect for those whohave completed their A Levels and are thinking of taking a year outto explore theiroptions or for those currently at universityandwould like to undertake a placement year as part of theircourse.

    How you will make adifference

    You will join a team ofprofessionals who will guide you and help you develop your skillsand knowledge while working on real projects and real clients.These roles are ideal for people who like problemsolving and canadapt to changes. At BKL we appreciate and value individuals whocan work autonomously but still collaborate with a widerteam.

    You will have the opportunity to learn andgrow as an accountant while delivering high quality work as part ofyour team (or pod as we callthem).

    What you canexpect:

    • A years training programme toprovide an insight into the AAT or ACA pathways within the auditdepartment.
    • The programme would start with anorientation day where you would get to know your colleagues andmeet the leadership team at BKL.
    • You will beassigned a mentor for the duration of the programme being a currentmanager in the audit team. They will be on hand to provide supportand guidance about embarking on a career atBKL.
    • Structured training based on the BKLExperience (career development ladder) and exposure to excitingprojects and onsite client work wherepossible.
    • Introduction to the audit sectorwithinaccountancy and understanding the full auditprocess.
    • Assist the seniors within your teamand learn from their experience.
    • Be assigned toone of our industryrelated pod systems where you will work withvarious industries within different sectors including Music& Entertainment Property Financial Services and Not forProfit.

    Youwill be ideal for this role ifyou

    • Have GCSE Grade 5 and above inEnglish and Maths GCSE.
    • Have B B C or above atA Level.
    • Have alternative qualificationsequivalent to the above.
    • Are comfortable withstudying whilst working.
    • Have greatorganisational and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Are able to learn and receivecontinuous feedback on how to improve and grow in your accountancyjourney.
