They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with Business Travel experience to join the team.As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring junior staff and also leading by example, nurturing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and needs.
Understand clients business objectives and travel requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other related services.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients, driving revenue growth and maximising account value.Monitor and analyse client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Degree or higher education in the Travel Industry or related field.Proven experience in account management, preferably in the travel industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and salesforce software.
