We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will help major enterprise clients and their agency partners to understand, adopt and scale their use of GenAI through Pencil Pro.
Senior clients and partners almost universally see the value of GenAI, but are overwhelmed by choice and complexity on how to implement.
Junior clients and agency partners can be skeptical or even threatened by automation.You will need a clear understanding of what GenAI can do for marketing organizations, as well as the optimism, energy and grit to pursue this day-to-day.
Working with agency partner sales teams to demo, win and negotiate with new enterprise clientsWorking with training teams to train agency partner and client teams on GenAI and Pencil Pro
Building case studies based on achievement of milestones with clients' testimonials
Troubleshooting accounts to ensure speed, cost, quality, performance milestones are hit at BAU
Hitting and sustaining proof-of-value milestones (speed, scale, cost, quality, performance) for each client
Have 5+ years in SaaS enterprise customer success
A clear track record of onboarding and growing enterprise accounts
Experience in owning senior or mid-level client relationships
Experience in project managing important programs through key milestones
