    Lead Project Delivery Manager- Remediation

    Hybrid:
    x2 days on site/ x3 days WFH
    London, Swindon, Northampton or Bournemouth Hubs

    As our name suggests, the Remediation Centre of Excellence is a specialised cross community capability who rapidly assimilate knowledge and build an understanding of emerging issues and incidents in order to plan and deliver the required remediation for impacted customers.

    For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, at one of our offices in Swindon or Northampton.

    Support the day-to-day management of Remediation projects through the full lifecycle from inception through to close-down. This will involve supporting the scoping, planning, estimating, and delivering the change

    You'll support the delivery and management of successful Remediation projects against agreed delivery plan(s) to time and quality, managing workstream plans and supporting the delivery manager.

    This will involve business readiness, control development, monitoring and implementation.
    Provide timely updates and reporting to the Programme Lead/Delivery Manager on progress, updates to plan, slippage, risks and issues. You'll work to ensure the solutions linked to the remediation project are implemented to ensure they meet the needs of our
    Identification and implementation of continuous improvements to deliver business benefit and efficiencies.
    Pro-active identification, communication and resolution of risks and issues.
    This role demands collaboration with colleagues across the organisation ensuring that work is delivered on time, to the required quality and aligning to the Remediation principles and governance framework

    Extensive knowledge of leading small/medium projects end to end from inception, through to benefits realisation which have delivered measurable outcomes.

    Proven capability in building and leading high-performing teams either through direct or matrix teams, underpinned by strong influencing, negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

    Agile and experience of robust governance and reporting frameworks.
