    Description

    What you'll be doing:

  • Understanding the IT landscape of our key customers' businesses.
  • Covering all IT Strategy areas from investment cases, cost optimisations, transformations, mergers, reverse carve outs etc.
  • Focusing on IT operating models and IT platforms/solutions including customer engagement platforms for sales and service, micro-services, APIs and cloud technologies.
  • Creating proactive go-to-market IT strategy propositions for end client consideration.
  • Influencing and shaping solutions during pre-sales engagements.
  • Inspiring and leading our technical delivery teams, being an ambassador for our capabilities, technology, culture and vision within our clients.
  • As an experienced technology consultant you'll be able to engage at senior management and CxO level with experience of technical advisory.

    • What experience you'll bring:

  • A deep understanding of the fundamental business and technology problems faced by our clients.
  • An ability to listen well, and also challenge conventional thinking, in an appropriate manner.
  • An ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with senior clients.
  • A willingness to challenge us to deliver even more value for our clients and an ability to advocate for your point of view, whilst retaining flexibility and pragmatism.
  • An ability to create a narrative to present to customers – bringing your business and technical expertise to life for a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Inspiring and coaching our junior consultants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - and be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management, Business Users and Technical staff.
  • Project planning and team management skills.
  • Working under pressure and to tight timescales.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
