Salary up to £65,000 p.a.
100% onsite, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Clear progression route
This is a varied role where you will take charge of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything remains fluid and fit for purpose, across a broad spectrum of responsibilities from facilities contracts, H&S assessments to HR generalist administration & onboarding.
You will also closely support the CEO with business operations, assisting with multiple project streams and helping coordinate between key internal and external stakeholders.
There is a clear progression route on offer to Business Operations Director.
In order to be considered you need to have extensive Office Management experience, ideally in an Investment Management or HNWI Service-centric environment. You also must have a stable career history, demonstrating progression and depth of tenure in a similar previous role. You will ideally be educated to degree level, and you will hold exemplary written & verbal communication and personal presentation.
