    This is a hybrid role, and we are flexible on your location, but there will be occasional travel required to our offices across the UK.

    As the Head of Operational Planning, you'll lead all operational and business planning within the division, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.

    Leading operational and business planning activities within the division
    Managing changes to the Divisional Operating Model and coordinating with the PMO Operational Change team
    ITIL, PRINCE2, CIPS, MSP, Six Sigma, Agile Fundamentals
    Proficiency in operational business strategies
    Experience leading operational redesign and implementation programmes
