At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.

Make decisions on specific projects / activities to ensure successful completion of pre-construction stage.
Intermittent reporting to the Innovation & Decarbonisation on the performance of a specific project / activity.
Engage with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects.
Attend internal and external project and company related meetings as appropriate.
Analysis of housing stock data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency works.
Ensure that all emails and telephone calls are dealt with appropriately, professionally and in a timely manner.

To liaise with all staff, clients, consultants and residents in a professional manner, maintaining and developing professional relationships with the Client to help future business development.

Any other reasonable management request.

Holds relevant experience and / or qualification(s) related to the energy performance of buildings.
Knowledge / experience of using PASHUB platform for data storage and reference.
Flexible, self-motivated, passionate and reliable.
Experience of working the social housing sector
