    Specialist Customer Care
    Private Medical Care, GP services, Life Insurance, Pension Contribution, 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays, with the option to buy holidays, plus many more benefits
    Shift - 35hrs per week, rotating between 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday
    As a Barclays Specialist Customer Care, you will be making a difference to the lives of our customers.

    Full training will be provided, and you will be placed within a supportive team who will guide you to ensure you have everything need to succeed as a specialist customer care colleague.

    At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home.

    We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, 'anchor', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours).

    Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.

    Demonstrating knowledge of our processes/policies to ensure that customers are confident with our service


    • Providing excellent customer service & responses on behalf of Barclays to create excellent an customer journey
    A genuine passion for helping others with a customer centric mindset


    • Skills that will help you in the role:
    • Proven ability to use Microsoft Office to a high standard
    • Experience in Retail Banking is desired but not essential, as we are looking for people that are passionate about customer service

    The customer care centre is situated in the centre of Luton Town above the Barclays Branch, it is 2 minutes from the town shopping mall with lots of amenities and restaurants.

    There is no parking available in the building however there is plenty of parking in the vicinity.
