If you also have industry experience in either the Financial Services, Banking or Insurance industries that will be even better.

    Responsibilities

    The Presales Consultant (also known as Technical Specialist) is a key member of the Business Applications sales pursuit team and is a strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, sales & technical roadblock resolver displaying a growth mindset with deep functional and technical knowledge in the workload.​

    The following are the role responsibilities for the Microsoft Business Applications Presales consultant:​

     Assist Business Applications Sales Specialist in RFP Response and in Envisioning Solution ​

     Design Customer-centric Solution Aligned with Envisioned Solution & Business Value​

     Deliver a customer centric Demonstration​.

     Work with Customer Success / Partner Team on Roadmap to success for our customers

    Qualifications and Experience

     Ideally you will already be working as a Finance presales consultant or similar Technical specialist role for 3 to 4 years.

     If not, then have you 5 years of experience as a Senior Finance Consultant in delivery projects and now want to work in presales.

     ACCA or CIMA qualified/part qualified will be viewed favourably and is not essential.

    What skills do you need to have

    To deliver on responsibilities in helping customers grow their long-term capabilities through increased utilisation of Microsoft products, you will have the following traits and abilities:​

     Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the Finance business applications space​.

     Organisational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling ​

     Experience engaging with executives. ​

     Consultative Selling and Challenger mindset.

     Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer's problems and being customer focused. ​

     Experience and passion for learning; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others' benefit.
