Business Development Manager, Teesside (hybrid)

Due to continued growth, they now seek anexperienced Business Development Manager to sell their leading rangeof multi-media marketing solutions direct to clients across theTeesside region.

Lead Sourcing:

Youwill be responsible for sourcing your own leads, booking your ownsales appointments, and selling to businesses within your patch.

During these meetings you will gather informationabout the target business pertinent to their advertising needs.

Youwill present the company's proposition (in person or via Teams) inthese meetings and be the face of the business in your territory.

Managing a Sales Pipeline:
You will be required to maintainan up-to-date CRM system, documenting your client interactions andactivities

Building Proposals:
You will make use of marketingmaterial/documentation etc to compile your own sales proposals topresent to prospective clients.

Negotiation:
You will possessa good level of commercial acumen and a proven ability to negotiateand close sales.
A solidbackground in a B2B field sales role is essential
Expertnew business experience also essential
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
You will becomfortable creating professional sales presentations using MSPowerPoint and proficient with all aspects of MS Outlook includingmanaging a business calendar, task list etc
This is a client facing role and you willserve as a representative of the company brand. You will have aconfident, well-spoken telephone manner and will always presentyourself immaculately when meeting clients

You will be selling to businesses within ageographic territory, and it is vital that you can travel to theregion.

Excellent starting salary of £29,000 p/a(NEGOTIABLE)
